What are Divine Aroma candles made of?
We use a clean-burning soy and coconut wax blend, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Each batch is poured in small runs so the scent stays balanced.
How long will a candle burn?
Burn time depends on size and environment. Our standard 8 oz jars average 40 to 50 hours when the wick is trimmed to about 1/4 inch.
How do I get an even burn?
On the first burn, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar to prevent tunneling. Keep candles away from drafts and stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Do you accept returns or replacements?
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
